Who we are

Videored is operated by [TO BE COMPLETED], [TO BE COMPLETED]. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account you agree to these terms, to the Acceptable Use Policy, and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Videored turns a script into a short video: it plans the shots, generates or adapts pictures, produces a voiceover, writes captions and gives you a timeline to edit the result on.

The video is drawn in your own browser when you export it. That means export speed depends on your machine and your browser, and that some browsers cannot export at all. We say so in the app before you start.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you were relying on, we will say so in the app.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person, one account — do not share credentials.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are using Videored for an organisation, you confirm you may agree to these terms on its behalf.

Credits, plans and payment

Work is metered in credits. The free plan includes 300 a month. Paid plans are Starter at $10 a month for 1,000, Plus at $24 a month for 2,500, Pro at $49 a month for 5,000 and Max at $99 a month for 10,000. Prices are shown before tax; tax is calculated at checkout for your country and added on top.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your allowance is added to your balance when a payment succeeds.

If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it is settled. We will not delete your work because of a failed payment.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

What you make, and what you own

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the videos you make. We claim no rights in them beyond what we need to run the service — storing your files, showing them back to you, and processing them to produce your video.

We do not use your uploads or your videos to train models.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including the right to use any person's likeness or voice that appears in it.

Third parties in the pipeline

Producing a video sends your script and your images to model providers, and your script to a speech provider, on your instruction. Their handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

We depend on those providers. If one of them is down or refuses a request, that part of Videored will not work until it recovers.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion erases your projects, your uploads and your generated media, and revokes your sign-in. It cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

Liability

Videored is provided as it is. We do not promise that a generated video will be fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
