Use Shortsly lawfully

Do not use Shortsly to create, upload or distribute unlawful content, facilitate wrongdoing, evade safeguards, violate another person's rights or mislead people about material facts. Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you and your audience.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not create sexual content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor; non-consensual intimate content; credible threats; targeted harassment; content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism; or instructions that materially facilitate serious harm.

Do not impersonate a person, company or public body for fraud, scams, fake endorsements, voter deception or other harmful deception. Do not present dangerous health, legal or financial claims as verified facts.

Do not probe, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service, bypass credit or storage limits, introduce malware, or use multiple accounts to avoid enforcement.

Voices, likenesses and rights

Use a person's voice, likeness or private information only when you have a lawful basis and all permissions required for the intended use. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media where law, platform rules or context require it.

Do not upload copyrighted, trademarked or confidential material unless you have the right to use and transform it.

Enforcement and reporting

We may refuse a request, remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend an account or report conduct when reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, repetition, user history and legal obligations.

Report suspected misuse to support@shortsly.io with enough detail to identify the content or account.
